
The KSL-1200X-H-UL is a newly designed mixer/muffle furnace consisting of two 2-inch quartz machined tubes with vacuum flanges and a 7.2L chamber chamber. The furnace can process different samples simultaneously in a variety of atmospheres. It is the most cost-effective furnace for material research.

Box-type tube dual-purpose furnace design
High-purity alumina fiber is used as the furnace material, and the surface is coated with high-purity alumina coating, which can improve heating efficiency and ensure temperature uniformity
It is constructed in a double-walled shell and is fitted with an air-cooled system, and heating elements are installed on the top and both sides of the furnace chamber
A vent is installed on the top of the furnace chamber
A 0.5-inch quartz window is mounted on the furnace door
It is equipped with a protective lock to prevent accidental explosion damage, and the furnace body is equipped with the function of opening the door and cutting off the power.
The alumina furnace can be replaced, reducing costs
The heating chamber temperature of the heating chamber is 12" Dx8" Wx5H" (30 x 20 x 12 cm) with a maximum temperature of 1200°C
Fiber heating modules can be replaced at low cost
